All AVTRAX products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Because every AVTRAX garment is produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Preference-related issues

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once an item enters production, cancellation is no longer possible.
